In 2012, Watson Young embarked on a ten-year, $25m Masterplan for Emmanuel College’s Notre Dame Campus in Point Cook. The main objective of the Masterplan was to support the increasing student cohort of the campus with major new buildings, infrastructure and services. Our focus on providing strong connectivity between the older and newer buildings, and achieving consistency of a vibrant aesthetic across the campus helped the school maximise the potential of the campus, while future-proofing it for the next generation of students.
