As our Senior Project Lead in the industrial sector, Sebastian has spent the past two decades working in Australia, Columbia, the USA, Italy, and Panama.  A highly visual person, Sebastian loves expressing ideas through drawings.  He thrives on the journey of developing these concepts into hand sketches, then 3Dmodels, and ultimately into spaces and built forms that enhance our cities and our lives.

Shane is a Senior Project Leader with extensive experience delivering a wide range of projects across multiple sectors. With a strong understanding of both construction and digital design processes, he brings clarity and efficiency to project delivery from concept through to completion. Known for his technical capability and attention to detail, he is committed to delivering high-quality work tailored to each client’s requirements.

Shane is an experience Design Technology Manager, known for his meticulous attention to detail and finely-tuned eye. A former Senior Documentor, Shane has a wealth of knowledge in construction documentation and Revit that spans over many different sectors including, Commerical, Education and Health. His diverse skill set across multiple building typologies, ensures that the design process runs smoothly and efficiently.

Simon's expertise in commercial, health, and education sectors has allowed him to develop a keen eye for how design influences human behavior.

It was during his high school years that Simon discovered his passion for architecture while completing his Design and Technology subject. This passion only grew stronger as he pursued his career and became known for his exceptional project management skills, attention to detail and effective client relationship management.

Those who have worked with Simon would describe him as loud, likable, approachable, and conscientious.

Sufia is an accomplished Graduate Architect with 7 years of industry experience, known for her meticulous attention to construction detail and problem-solving skills. She specialises in industrial projects, bringing robust technical expertise to her work. Sufia has a profound interest in Placemaking, particularly in the aesthetics and functionality of spaces. She is passionate about the fusion of Art and Science in Architecture.

Sushma is a Graduate Architect in our Industrial team. Although she’s just getting started in her career, she’s already learnt one of the most important skills for any architect: ask lots and lots of smart questions! Sushma always begins her work on a project by understanding how best to deliver a thoughtful, functional and creative result for our clients. She is passionate about user experience, which always helps her maintain focus on how the final project will benefit the people who use it.

Suzannah is a Senior Architect with strong experience across industrial, commercial and workplace projects. She is passionate about helping clients navigate complex challenges and is driven by the belief that the best outcomes are achieved through collaboration, clear communication and a shared commitment to the end goal.

Thomas is an architecture student passionate about design and sustainability. He holds a degree in Architecture and is now pursuing a Master of Architecture at the University of Melbourne. With a background in communications and graphic design, he aims to merge visual problem-solving with eco-friendly practices.

Though new to the architecture field, Thomas has a keen eye for detail and values organisation in his work. Colleagues describe him as calm, genuine, and open-minded, believing that collaboration is essential for great design.

Tiffany is a Graduate of Architecture with a strong ability to combine creative thinking with a practical approach. She brings a fresh perspective to each project, contributing to thoughtful and well-resolved design outcomes. With an understanding of the balance between creativity and functionality, she supports projects from concept through to completion.
