StorHub Seaford

This 4-level self storage facility is part of the Seaford Masterplan, standing at the heart of the Business Park. Comprising of a mixture of commercial and industrial lots with low-scale convenience restaurants at the frontage of Frankston-Dandenong Road, and large format retail, bulky goods, multi-level self-storage facility, and warehouse/showrooms on the lots beyond. The Masterplan required a design solution that was sensitive to the adjoining residential zone to the north, and involved a signalled intersection upgrade, major services infrastructure, and response to existing site trees.
