Revesby Rise

Watson Young Architects designed Revesby Rise as a contemporary multi-level logistics development in Sydney’s southwest, transforming an ageing industrial asset into one of Australia’s largest industrial facilities accommodating multiple tenants.

Delivering more than 54,000sqm of warehouse and office space, the project responds to the growing demand for flexible, future-ready logistics infrastructure within one of Sydney’s key industrial corridors. The design balances operational functionality with workplace amenity and premium industrial architecture.

Developed alongside Gateway Capital and incoming tenant Refresco, the facility also integrates conveyor systems connecting to an adjacent warehouse to improve operational efficiency across the site.
