Situated within Perth Airport, the Officeworks Customer Fulfilment Centre comprises a 14,850 m² warehouse with a super canopy and 1,200 m² of connected office space. Designed to achieve a 4-Star Green Star Design & As Built v1.3 rating, the facility incorporates autonomous solar-powered mobile robots to enhance operational efficiency, accuracy and throughput across the fulfilment process.

The design also prioritises staff wellbeing, with carefully planned amenities and workspaces that foster a supportive and productive working environment.
