NOIR Northcote

Watson Young Architects designed NOIR Northcote as a contemporary mixed-use development comprising 17 residential apartments across four levels, with retail tenancies and a café activating the ground floor.

The design balances the needs of both residents and commercial occupants, combining refined materiality and functional planning to create a development that responds to the character and energy of the surrounding Northcote streetscape.
