Mondelez International

Watson Young partnered with ESR Group to deliver the design of a purpose-built, 42,774 m² facility for Mondelēz International at its approximately $300 million Palmers Logistics Estate in Truganina, Victoria. ESR Group will deliver, own and operate a specialised fit-out, including temperature-controlled and automated distribution facilities.

The development comprises a 37 m-high, approximately 10,000 m² high-bay, 25,500 m² low-bay, 560 m² two-level office, 160 m² two-level dock office and gatehouse, and will target a 5-Star Green Star rating.
