Miramar Tower

We collaborated early in the process to establish a bespoke brief that would align with Geelong’s vision of rejuvenating the area and participate in creating a vibrant city centre. This site is unique in that it has allowed us to create Geelong’s tallest residential tower which will set a new standard in living options for purchasers with an unprecedented choice in layout and amazing views. We have embraced this opportunity to create a mix of one, two and three bed “sky homes” which will let residents enjoy a well-balanced lifestyle between the city and the waterfront. During the design of the tower, careful consideration was given to maximising the unique views from all apartments. The façade is primarily fully glazed to make the most of the views and solar aspect.
