Mecwacare Ballan is a contemporary aged care development designed to support comfort, accessibility and community connection. Located alongside the Werribee River, the 60-bed facility includes private ensuites with DDA-compliant options, alongside shared amenities including a café, hair salon, library, gym, swimming pool and generous communal spaces.

Thoughtfully designed courtyards, outdoor dining areas and a spacious deck strengthen the connection to nature, while a soft, neutral interior palette creates a calm and welcoming environment for residents, staff and visitors alike. The project forms part of a broader body of work delivered alongside mecwacare, including both new developments and refurbishment projects across Victoria.
