Marianist House

Marianist House is a new two-storey staff administration, student services and music centre that replaces the former building through a 2,369m² redevelopment. The refurbishment reimagines the staff environment through a flexible, adaptive design that supports diverse working styles, with a mix of collaborative zones, quiet spaces and informal meeting areas.

Natural light, biophilic elements and a soft, welcoming palette enhance wellbeing, while purpose-built facilities, including music practice rooms, tutorial spaces, staff offices, a lunchroom and kitchen on the ground floor, and meeting rooms, workspaces and collaboration areas above, create a balanced, professional and approachable environment that encourages connection, focus and creativity.
