Watson Young Architects designed Warehouse 6 for Karra as a 10,000sqm temperature-controlled logistics facility within the Elevation at Greystanes Estate in Western Sydney.

The facility includes three freezer chambers, approximately 650sqm of office and dock office space, and end-of-trip amenities designed to support operational functionality and staff wellbeing. Responding to a site with significant level differences, the design incorporates undercroft parking beneath the main office area while enabling full circulation around the building to support efficient logistics movements and site access.
