Located approximately 44 km west of the Sydney CBD, this project covers around 27,700 square metres and comprises three buildings with ten units. Strategically positioned within a well-established industrial zone, the site features a significant drainage easement and a notable 9.5 m fall across the property.
While warehouses WH1 and WH3 follow standard specifications, the central warehouse, WH2, has been custom designed to accommodate varying levels, basement parking and suspended loading areas. Early collaboration with civil and traffic engineers ensured effective coordination, and the project’s visibility along the M7 informed the inclusion of high-quality design elements, including dynamic façades and distinctive architectural features.
