Free Form Mornington

Free Form Mornington is an industrial business park located within Mornington’s established industrial precinct, comprising a flexible mix of warehouses, retail and studio spaces across four blocks, alongside an on-site café. The design draws inspiration from high-end residential architecture, bringing a more refined approach to the industrial setting. Externally, Brightonlite cement, timber-look battens, stack-bond brickwork and steel entry canopies create a durable yet welcoming character. Internally, details including stainless steel cabinetry, timber stair treads, perforated metal balustrades, natural stone benchtops, satin nickel tapware and ply-lined bathroom walls elevate the everyday experience of the spaces.
