Watson Young Architects led the masterplanning for Flagstone Logistics Estate, a large-scale industrial and logistics precinct in North Maclean, Queensland. Designed to support flexible and future-ready operations, the estate spans more than 120,000sqm of industrial development within a 100-hectare precinct.

The masterplan coordinates circulation, access, staging and built form to support operational efficiency and long-term growth, while integrating sustainability-led initiatives including renewable energy strategies and facilities targeting 5 Star Green Star ratings. Confirmed tenants within the estate include Bunnings and Amazon.
