Deer Park Estate

Watson Young is leading the redevelopment of Stage 1 of the former Orica site on Ballarat Road, Deer Park, transforming the eastern portion into a vibrant industrial and commercial business park. Spanning approximately 66 hectares and zoned Commercial 2, the site will undergo strategic upgrades to support future growth.

The design includes targeted enhancements to the industrial zone, with a focus on the office and research precinct, alongside the adaptive reuse of the site’s heritage building.
