As part of the Elevation at Greystanes Estate in Western Sydney, this new facility for Couriers Please comprises 1,400 m² of high-grade office space, divided between the main office and the dock office, alongside 27,000 m² of warehouse.

The hardstand is oriented towards the industrial areas and features a super canopy on the upper level for nine on-grade docks, with 12 recessed docks on the lower level. The two-storey main office and outdoor area are located in the north-east corner, taking full advantage of the exceptional city vistas.
