Bunnings Logistics & Distribution Centre

Watson Young Architects designed Bunnings’ 40,000 m² Logistics and Distribution Centre in North Maclean, developed by Charter Hall. The facility includes 15 loading docks, an 800 m² office, three dock offices, and a 21,730 m² external hardstand, targeting a 5-Star Green Star rating. The design incorporates overhanging roof forms, a decorative frontage screen, and suspended louvres to enhance environmental performance and architectural expression.

Part of the Flagstone Logistics Estate, the project supports over 120,000m² of logistics development across the 100-hectare precinct, coordinating circulation for long-term growth.
