The 270,000sqm site on Fairbairn Road was occupied by an existing Australia Post Parcel Facility, which remained fully operational through the construction of the new facility, which integrates the latest in automated sorting technology.The new 28,000sqm warehouse included a link bridge, which connected the existing facility to the new mezzanine. The building also featured a main office building, operations office and separate satellite office.
