This large industrial facility comprises of 29,000sqm warehouse and about 1,450sqm of office space – split over two tenancies. The large super-canopy and roller door allocation was designed to allow for a flexible tenancy split. A ‘green screen’ was constructed along the street face of the super canopy, to soften its presence to the street. The offices were constructed to allow for an impressive sense of entry.
